Hi 👋 welcome to my newly (re)launched blog.

I intend to write about things that interest me:

• tools I’m trying
• ideas I’m pondering
• new things I’ve learned
• and whatever else is top of mind

This blog was vibe coded using:

• Claude Code
• Obsidian
• Github <> Vercel

It’s truly incredible what one can do with AI these days. I had taught myself HTML/CSS and WordPress many years ago. To build a full custom designed blog would have taken dozens of hours to complete. But this blog took less than two hours to go from initial prompt in Claude Code through to pushing live.

The setup I have is:

1. Draft articles inside of Obsidian
2. A ‘Push to Github’ button in a Blog Dashboard to has git push commands behind the scenes
3. And then Github to Vercel automatic sync

For a non-technical person and non-developer, this would have taken over a hundred hours to learn how to do it all. The options would have been limited to off the shelf tools available on the market. Anything more custom would have been too dam hard.

What a would we live in.

As I play with more AI tools, I’ll write more articles about what I find.
